How to Add a Product
Use this guide to create a new product in Raad ERP.
Go to: Masters > Products > Add ProductStep1:From the left-side navigation, click Masters. Select Products.
Click Add Products
Step 2: Basic Information
Enter the Product Name.
If an Arabic name is required, click the Translation icon on the right side. The Arabic name will appear automatically.
If needed, enter a Description.
Then,
Select Category .
Select Base Unit.
Select Item Type.
Select Tax Group.
All the above fields are mandatory.
Step 3: Barcode (Optional)
If a barcode scanner is configured, scan the product barcode using the scanner. The barcode number will be filled automatically.
If a scanner is not available, enter the barcode number manually in the barcode field.
Step 4: Pricing Information
Enter Current Cost (mandatory).
If available, enter Standard Cost.
Select the Costing Method (FIFO, LIFO, or Average).
Enter Retail Price (mandatory).
If applicable, enter:
Wholesale Price,
MRP,
Special Price,
Minimum Price.
Step 5: Inventory Settings (Optional)
If opening stock is available, enter Opening Stock.
Set Reorder Level if required.
Set Reorder Quantity if required.
Enter Maximum Stock if needed.
Enter Shelf Price if applicable.
Step 6: Save Product
Review all entered details.
Click Add Product to save.
After saving, the product will be available for sales, purchases, inventory tracking, and reports.
