How to add a category

Use this guide to create a new product category in Raad ERP.

Go to: Masters > Category > Add Category

Step 1:From the left-side navigation, click Masters, Select Category.

Click add category

Step 2: Category Name

Enter the category name.

If an Arabic name is required, click the Translation icon on the right side. The Arabic name will appear automatically.

Step 3: Parent Category (Optional)

If this category belongs under another category, select the Parent Category.

If not, you can leave it empty.

Step 4: Tax Group (Optional)

If a tax group is applicable, select the tax group.

Step 5: Save Category

Review the entered details.

Click Add Category to save.

After saving, the category will be available while creating products.
