Use this guide to create a proforma invoice in Raad ERP.
Go to: Sales > Proforma Invoice > Create Proforma InvoiceStep 1: Open Proforma Invoice Screen
From the left-side navigation bar, click Sales.
Select Proforma Invoice.
Click Create Proforma Invoice.
Step 2: Select Customer
Select the customer for whom the proforma invoice is created.
Step 3: Additional Fields (Optional)
If required, enter:
Rate Type,
Remarks,
Notes,
Terms and Conditions.
Step 4: Add Products
In the line item section, select the product.
Choose whether the item is Exclusive or Inclusive.
Enter the quantity.
Enter the price.
If applicable, enter discount.
Press Enter to add the next product.
Step 5: Additional Charges (Optional)
If required, enter:
Other Expenses,
Shipping Charges,
Cash Discount.
Step 6: Import Option (Optional)
At the top-right of the page, click Import.
You can import and convert:
Quotation,
Sales Order.
The selected document details will be auto-filled.
Step 7: Save or Post
Click Save to keep the proforma invoice as draft.
Click Post to confirm the proforma invoice.
You can also use shortcuts:
F3 to Post.
F4 to Save.
After posting, the proforma invoice will be saved successfully and available for conversion and reference.
