How to convert a quotation to a sales invoice?

Convert Quotation to Invoice]

Raad ERP allows you to convert a quotation into a sales invoice in two ways.

Option 1: Convert from Sales Invoice Screen

Step 1: Open Sales Invoice

Go to: Sales > Sales Invoice > Create Invoice.

Step 2: Click Import

At the top of the page, click Import.

Select Sales Quotation.

Step 3: Select Quotation

Choose the required quotation from the list.

You can search using Quotation ID.

Selected quotation details will be auto-filled in the invoice.

Step 4: Verify and Adjust

Review all details.

Make changes if required.

Add additional charges if needed.

Step 5: Post Invoice

Click Post to confirm the invoice.

Option 2: Convert from Sales Quotation Screen

Step 1: Open Sales Quotation

Go to: Sales > Sales Quotation.

Step 2: Select Quotation

Select the required quotation from the list.

Step 3: Convert to Invoice

Click Convert to Invoice.

Invoice screen will open with quotation details auto-filled.

Step 4: Verify and Post

Make adjustments if required.

Click Post to confirm the invoice.
